Refunds & Cancellation

Clear rules for recurring CS2 Skin Radar subscriptions, cancellation, service access, and refund requests.

Effective July 6, 2026

Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price displayed before checkout. The subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled.

Any applicable taxes and the renewal terms are shown during checkout. CS2 Skin Radar does not charge users for buying, selling, or transferring skins.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by using the available subscription management page or by emailing support@cs2skinradar.com from the address associated with your account.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or stated during cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Duplicate charges, billing mistakes, and verified cases where paid access was not provided will be reviewed individually. Contact support@cs2skinradar.com with the account email, charge date, and reason for the request.

Service Changes

If CS2 Skin Radar permanently discontinues a paid plan before the end of a prepaid period, affected customers will receive an appropriate prorated remedy where required.

Temporary data-provider outages or delayed alerts are handled under the service availability terms and do not automatically create a refund entitlement, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Please contact support@cs2skinradar.com before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
